Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

AiO Launch & Grow provides business formation guidance, branding, website development, SEO, and marketing automation services. Our services are designed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses launch and grow their operations efficiently.

2. Payment Terms

• Online checkout for a launch package charges the full package price ($499, $999, or $1,499). That payment is due before work starts.
• Pay in full, or split it with Klarna at checkout (subject to approval). Klarna's terms are between you and Klarna.
• Individual Services are quoted and invoiced separately. A "starting at" price is not a charge until the scope is confirmed.
• Monthly support and care plans are billed on the 1st of each month after the first month, which is due when that work starts.
• All card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices, when we use them, are sent by us directly.
• AI chat, texting, and automation tools run on third-party services. Their subscriptions, per-message fees, and carrier registration fees are billed to you by those companies, not by us.

3. Third-Party Fees

The following fees are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to third parties:

• State LLC filing fees
• Domain registration fees
• Website hosting fees
• CRM and email marketing software subscriptions
• Google Ads or other advertising spend

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines begin once payment is received and all required information has been provided by the client. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline. We will communicate estimated completion dates during the consultation phase.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own all custom designs, logos, and website content created for your project
• You will own your domain name and have full access to all accounts
• Third-party software and templates remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Refund Policy

Package payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before any work starts, email [email protected] and we'll process a refund. If work has already started, we'll calculate a fair prorated resolution based on hours and deliverables completed to date.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for business formation
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with state and federal business regulations
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed

8. Limitation of Liability

AiO Launch & Grow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
